Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don't work out and you may need to return or exchange an item. That's why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to make the process as easy as possible for you. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for unworn and unused items in their original packaging. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to start the process. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure that your return or exchange reaches us safely. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. It's important to note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for final sale items, items that have been worn or used, or items that have been damaged by the customer. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. How long does fulfilment and shipping take?

At Black To Royalty we understand the importance of getting your items to you as soon as possible. That is why we offer international shipping to our customers all over the world. Our international shipping times vary depending on the destination, but we do our best to get your items to you within a reasonable timeframe.

We ship our packages via a reliable and fast international carrier. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. After that, the estimated delivery time for most countries is between 7-14 business days, although this can vary depending on the destination country and local customs clearance times.

Please note that during holiday seasons or unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, shipping times may be longer than usual. We will do our best to keep you informed of any potential delays and will work to get your package to you as soon as possible.

Can I track my order ?

Yes once the item is fulfilled and sent out, we will send you an email with the order's tracking information.
